Sharing one of my favorite recipes from my cookbook: Filipino-Style Chick’n Adobo 🇵🇭
While I do have an adobo recipe on my blog, this one is a little different with the addition of a few ingredients. This recipe is very special to me as it was passed down from my Lola (grandmother), who then passed it down to my mom and aunt, who then passed it down to me. My mom always made her adobo a little spicy and a little sweet, and I think that’s why her recipe was so unique and better than everyone else’s 😌🤌🏼
Adobo is also one of the first dishes I ever remember truly craving, so to be able to have this recipe in my first cookbook is pretty awesome!
